Apartments to Pit Flash

This Inferno flash will help you open up A site when coming out of apartments. Everyone in pit and on site will be flashed. Someone standing on balcony itself could still pose a threat.

This should flash most people peeking apartments from pit, graveyard, and A site. Start by standing up against this pillar (the right pillar of the middle arch).
It doesn't need to be precise. This is the pillar in closer detail:
CROUCH. Throw the flash at the center of the chimney.
